We represent clients in civil and criminal litigation.

Mr. Rivera has represented clients in dozens of criminal cases including charges of mail fraud, drug trafficking, drug importation, illegal re-entry, firearms possession, and murder for hire.  

In civil pactice he has represented clients in a variety of cases, including matters of trademarks, copyrights, age discrimination, disability discrimination, sexual harassment, traffic accidents, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy, and maritime law. 

Mr. Rivera is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Puerto Rico.
